Chandigarh, July 22 (PTI) Aiming to enhance harmony and brotherhood through sports, the lawyers of India and Pakistan will clash in a Twenty20 cricket match to be played here tomorrow. The Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Council is organising the match, which will be played at Sector 16 cricket stadium in the afternoon. The Bar Council Chairman Pratap Singh said the match has been named "Indo-Pak Lawyers Harmony Cricket Cup-2010" which is being played "to maintain and enhance harmony" between the two neighbouring countries. Sandeep Moudgil, former first class cricketer and High Court advocate, would captain India Lawyers XI team. "Through sports, we want to enhance harmony and brotherhood," Singh said, adding it will be a one-off match. He said the legal fraternity has taken up the cause to harness friendship between the two neighbouring countries which share the same language, culture, customs and traditions. A 33-member team from Pakistan, including delegates, will reach the city this evening from the Attari-Wagah border by road. Mumtaz Mustafa of Bahawalpur is the manager of the Pakistan Lawyers XI team.
