Chennai, Aug 20 (PTI) Astronomer Royal, ridden by C A Brisson, won the Palar Plate, the prime event of the races here today. The winner is trained by J Sebastian. Trainer Fahad Khan saddled two winners and jockey Saddam Iqbal rode as many winners. Three favourites obliged in a card of six events.
