Thiruvananthapuram, June 15 (PTI) Temperamental paceman S Sreesanth today said he will continue playing for the Kerala Ranji team, hinting he has buried his differences with the state cricket association over the captaincy issue. Sreesanth had threatened to switch allegiance after being ignored for the captaincy of state Ranji team. "I always want to represent Indian team as a Keralite and I will continue to play for Kerala," he told reporters on the sidelines of a book release function here. "I only mentioned my opinion during an interview and nothing more to be attributed to it," Sreesanth added. Kerala Cricket Association had recently named all-rounder Raiphy Vincent Gomes as the captain for the upcoming domestic season and selected 25 probables for the team, including Sreesanth. The pacer said he was working hard to make a comeback to the national side. "Series and matches are coming and I am working hard to be part of the team. God willing and with the blessing of well-wishers, I am sure that I will be part of Indian team soon," he said. The youngster said he would join a training camp at National Cricket Academy in Bangalore. Sreesanth received a copy of novel ''Cricket'' written by K L Mohana Verma from former Union Minister Shashi Tharoor on the occasion.
