Atlanta, July 25 (IANS) India's Rohan Bopanna and Kristof Vliegen of Belgium defeated Stephen Huss of Australia and Brazil's Andre Sa in straight sets to reach the doubles final of the Atlanta Tennis Championship.

Bopanna and Vliegen won 7-5, 7-5 Saturday. They will take on Americans Scott Lipsky and Rajeev Ram in the final of the $531,000 hard court event.

Lipsky and Ram beat compatriots John Isner and James Blake 7-6 (5), 7-6 (5).

Bopanna and Vliegen have been in form in the tournament. The duo saved two match points in their quarterfinal win over Jonathan Erlich of Israel and Janko Tipsarevic of Serbia and that was the only time they dropped a set en route to the final.

But they will get tough competition from Lipsky and Ram, who did not drop a set on their way to the final, winning their last two matches in a pair of tie-breaks.

Bopanna is trying to capture his second ATP World Tour title of the season. He and Pakistan's Aisam-ul Haq Qureshi won in Johannesburg in February.

Bopanna's first title came in Los Angeles two years ago. The 30-year-old Indian is 2-8 in finals.

Vliegen is looking to earn his first career ATP World Tour title.
