Indian Polo team beat Proteas 9-6

New Delhi, Nov 28 (PTI) Beginning its preparations for the upcoming World Cup, India''s Polo Team today recorded a convincing 9-6 win over formidable South Africa here today. It was first international match that India played in 2010. India will now travel to South Africa for a reverse tie in February. The World Cup will start in April in Argentina. Samir Suhad, who scored seven goals for India, was adjudged ''Man of the Match''. The Indian Team, led by Col Tarun Sirohi was later felicitated by Union Corporate Affairs Minister of Salman Khurshid. Captain Vishal Chauhan scored two goals.
