Hockenheim, Jul 23 (PTI) Force India''s Adrian Sutil today set the fastest time in the wet opening practice session for Sunday''s German Grand Prix at the Hockenheim circuit here. In a morale boosting start to his first home race, the 27-year-old German completed 20 laps and was the fastest with a timing of 1:25.701 seconds. Ferrari''s Felipe Massa, one second behind Sutil, was at number two and was followed by McLaren''s Jenson Button. Sutil''s teammate Vitantonio Luizzi (2.599secs) also displayed good driving skills in wet conditions and was ninth fastest after 19 laps. Heavy overnight rains and downpour immediately before the session necessitated extreme wet tyres for all the teams. Both the Force India drivers did well on their opening run with Sutil going great guns. When the rain eased and a drier line emerged, the pair changed to the intermediates and Sutil immediately went quickest. Tonio improved to ninth overall after struggling a little bit with the rear end grip.
