Ludhiana, Oct 23 (PTI) Expressing concern over increasing incidents of corruption and fixing in cricket, former India captain Kapil Dev feels stringent laws should be formulated to stop anyone from selling the country. "Nobody should be allowed to sell the country," Kapil said talking to mediapersons after inaugurating a Golf Academy at Mulanpur near here. Kapil said he was pained to hear all such developments and such cases should be handed over to fast-courts so that the guilty could be exposed and brought to the book at the earliest.
