New Delhi, October 10 (ANI): After empty stadiums put off athletes to give their best at the Commonwealth Games, Delhi Police, Organizers and local authorities in the Indian capital seem to have learnt no lesson. The obtrusive security arrangements on Sunday made sure that the cyclists in the road race events pedalled their way to glory on the city's streets in what seemed to be a ghost town. As the cyclists raced across roads, a few bravehearts of the city's about a 14 million people, some of whom may not have been able to afford the premium priced tickets by Indian standards, who emerged past gun-totting guards to be a part of the Games, wore a dejected look, herded behind fences a safe distance away.
