Kolkata, Aug 28 (PTI) Defending champions Army Red began their title defence on a positive note ousting Jungle Crows in the All-India and South Asia Rugby Tournament at the Calcutta Cricket and Football Club (CC&FC) here today. In another match of the day, Chennai Cheetahs bounced back to rally past Kolkata Police 22-12 and joined Army Red in the semi-finals. Down 0-12 to 10th seeded Kolkata Police in the 30-minute first-half, third seeded Chennai Cheetahs went ahead in the second half to settle the issue. In a one-sided affair, top seeded Army Red thrashed 12th seeded Jungle Crows 17-5 to book their last four berth. PTI TAP PR PDS
