Nemat''s knock helps Jharkhand post decent 233 for 7

Agartala, Nov 1 (PTI) Propelled by a brisk 55 by Rameez Nemat, Jharkhand made a solid 233 for seven on the opening day of Ranji Trophy Plate A match against hosts Tripura at the Maharaja Bir Bikram Stadium here today. While Nemat stitched the useful 55 from 100 deliveries (4x8), he was ably assisted by Ishank Jaggi (44, 4x5). Saurabh Tiwary, who made his international debut in the recent ODI series against Australia, made a quickfire 20 (4x4). For Tripura, Jayanta Debnath (1x46) caught and bowled Tiwary, while Subal Chowdhury got two scalps for 52. Wilkin Mota took two for 60. The match was called off 15 minutes before schedule due to bad light.
