England fast bowler Stuart Broad has been ruled out of the rest of the Ashes series against Australia with a torn abdominal muscle, the England team said on Tuesday.
Broad was absent from the field for much of the fourth day of the second test, which concludes on Tuesday with England in a strong position to take a 1-0 lead in the series.
