Chandigarh, January 27 (ANI): Former captain of Indian hockey team Pargat Singh in Chandigarh on Tuesday once again fired another salvo at President of Indian Olympic Association, Suresh Kalmadi. He alleged that Kalmadi remote controls Hockey India, the body governing the game in the country.
