Chennai, April 22 (IANS) Karnataka beat Tamil Nadu 5-2 in the Inter-State cue sport championship here Thursday for an overall 10-7 aggregate margin.
The teams were tied 5-5 at the end of the first day's competition that is played on an annual basis with both teams hosting the event on a reciprocal basis.

Senior Snooker Third Singles (Best of three frames): MS Arun (Kar) beat Dilip (TN) 2-1 (56-0, 21-35, 33-01). Senior Snooker Doubles (Aggregate two frames): Pankaj Advani/ I H Manudev (Kar) beat Nigel/ Imran (TN) 176-38. Sub-Junior Snooker (Best of three frames): Mundir (Kar) bt Sundarajan (TN) 2-0 (57-16, 60-22). Women's Snooker (Best of three frames): Chitra M (Kar) beat Asha (TN) 2-0 (43-13, 29-21).
