Egypt have been ordered to play their first two home 2014 World Cup qualifiers at least 100 km outside the capital Cairo as punishment for an attack on Algeria's team bus at a match there last year.
The FIFA disciplinary committee also fined the Egyptian Football Association 100,000 Swiss francs ($88,570) for the breach of security which led to four of the Algerian delegation on the bus being injured in the Nov. 12 attack.
FIFA also criticised security arrangements two days later at Cairo International Stadium for the World Cup qualifier. Algeria later progressed to this year's World Cup finals in South Africa by winning a playoff 1-0 against Egypt in Khartoum.
