Rain stops England-Ireland match

Providence (Guyana), May 4 (PTI) Replying to England''s 120 for eight, Ireland were four for no loss in 1.2 overs when rain stopped the crucial Group D match of the Twenty20 World Cup here today. Captain William Porterfield (4 not out) and Paul Stirling (0 not out) were on the crease. England fast bowler Tim Bresnan gave away three runs in the first over and then Ryan Sidebottom was bowling the second over when the downpour started.
