New Delhi,September 1 (ANI):India aims to show a dazzling spectacle at the Commonwealth Games,but with just over 30 days to go,the world's third largest sporting event has exposed the country's seemingly permanent infrastructure problems. Many Commonwealth Games venues in New Delhi are far from finished and still others are falling apart under the force of the recent monsoon.A shooting range built for the Games,and inaugurated two months ago,was extensively damaged by heavy rains earlier this month.At another complex,rain water leaked through the false ceiling creating puddles of water on the floor.
