Ryan Napoleon has been re-instated in the Australian swimming team for the Commonwealth Games after sport's top tribunal back-dated his three-month ban for a doping offence.
Governing body FINA banned Napoleon for three months starting on Aug. 20 after he tested positive for banned substance formoterol, which Swimming Australia blamed on a wrongly-labelled asthma inhaler.
