Dubai, Mar 8 (PTI) Hollywood film star Kevin Spacey will play the host at a sports award ceremony to be held in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday which will also be attended by actors like Hugh Grant and Clive Owen. The 2010 Laureus World Sports Awards will honour the sporting achievements of last year and the event will have sporting stars like World Heavweight Champion boxer Vitali Klitschko, Germany Women''s football coach Silvia Neid, American 400 metres World Champion Sanya Richards. They will be joined by a host of other big stars including cricket stalwarts, Andrew Flintoff and Michael Vaughan from England, Shaun Pollock from South Africa and Steve Waugh from Australia. American actors Kyle MacLachlan, star of Desperate Housewives, Michelle Rodriguez, who plays Trudy Chacon in Avatar will also attend the event. Among others Kapil Dev, one of India''s greatest cricketers, Brian Lara, widely regarded as one of the greatest batsmen of all time, and Monica Seles, former World No 1 tennis star will also be present at the award show.
