Mumbai, Jul 26 (PTI) Refuting reports that the Lalit Modi camp will boycott tomorrow''s disciplinary committee meeting in Delhi, his legal counsel Mehmood Abdi today said the suspended IPL Commissioner would fully cooperate with the panel set up by the BCCI. "There seems to be a concerted campaign by vested interest by planting such rumours (that Modi would boycott the meeting) to create the impression that Lalit Modi is running away from the enquiry," Abdi said in a statement here. "Lalit Modi is happy to cooperate in any way to bring this matter to rest, provided it does not become a witch hunt," he added. Abdi said that while Modi won''t be present in tomorrow''s meeting, he would be represented by his lawyers. Since Arun Jaitley, an eminent lawyer, is on the panel, Abdi said his client expects a fair hearing, and deliberation on the issue of who should constitute the panel. Modi, in the petition before the Bombay High Court earlier this month, had objected to the presence of interim IPL chairman Chirayu Amin on the panel, saying that latter has "personal bias against him". He had taken objection to Jaitley too, as Jaitley was member of IPL governing council which decided to refer the matter to disciplinary committee. But High Court had refused to interfere.
