Pune, Aug 10 (PTI) Ace shooter Tejaswini Sawant, who won the gold medal at Munich World Championship recently, was today felicitated on behalf of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC). Sawant, who arrived in the city from Mumbai, was honoured at Balewadi Sports Complex, about 20 km from here, where she had practiced rifle shooting to prepare for the event. "I benefited a lot from my practice at the Balewadi shooting range," she said during the felicitation ceremony. Sawant was handed over a cheque for Rs one lakh by Pune Mayor Mohansingh Rajpal on the occasion.
