Sebastian Vettel seized pole position for the Japanese Grand Prix on an all-Red Bull front row in a rain-delayed qualifying session on Sunday.
Formula One championship leader Mark Webber will line up alongside his German team mate.
The pole, on a sunny morning at Suzuka after heavy rain had made conditions too treacherous on Saturday, was Vettel's eighth of the season and Red Bull's 13th in 16 races.
They have now locked out the front row seven times this year.
Australian Webber leads Ferrari's double world champion Fernando Alonso, who qualified fifth but will start fourth, by 11 points with three races remaining after Japan.
McLaren's title contender Lewis Hamilton, who was third fastest, will have a five place grid penalty applied after a gearbox change on Saturday. The 2008 world champion is third overall and 20 points adrift of Webber.
World champion Jenson Button, the fifth driver chasing the crown and 25 points off the pace, will start fifth for McLaren after finishing the session with the sixth best time.
