The aptly named Tocatchaprince provided a timely winner for horse racing punters on Tuesday when Britons were celebrating the engagement of Prince William and long-term girlfriend Kate Middleton.
The horse came in at odds of 8-1 in the opening race at Fakenham in eastern England, rewarding punters who like to scour the race cards for omens.
"We reckon Kate and her pals popped down to the bookies and filled their boots. She's caught a Prince and we've been caught out," said spokesman David Williams of bookmaker Ladbrokes.
The royal family are traditionally fans of horse racing.
