S S Ramaswamy Guangzhou, Nov 15 (PTI) Aditya Mehta shocked world professional circuit top 20 player Liang Wianbo but India went down fighting 1-3 to title-favourites China in the snooker team championship final to settled for the silver medal at the Asian Games Town Gymnasium, here today. A break of 49 did the trick for the Chinese pair while the Indians'' best effort was 23. Merchant, then, was thrashed 96-0 by Wenbo who came up with the near-century break and buried the Indian hopes. Indian coach Manoj Kothari later said the Chinese, fielding two top professional players and a top national player in Pengfei in the doubles were too hot for his team members. .
