Karachi, Apr 1 (PTI) The Indian High Commission has issued visas to Shoaib Malik''s family members to visit India next week in connection with the cricketer''s marriage with tennis star Sania Mirza in Hyderabad. Imran Zafar Malik, Shoaib''s brother-in-law, told PTI that seven visas had been issued for the visit which will start around April 6. He said visas were issued to Shoaib''s mother, brother, sister, Imran himself and his children while one of Shoaib''s sisters and a few close relatives have applied for Indian visas from Germany. Imran also confirmed that Shoaib had spoken to an Indian lawyer in connection with the possibility of filing a case against the father of Ayesha Siddique for making false claims in the media. "Yes, he is in touch with a lawyer and we will soon decide what to do next," he said. Sources said that Shoaib Malik this time was adamant on filing a case against Ayesha and her family after her father again claimed that Shoaib was married to his daughter and should divorce her or he would sue the Pakistani cricketer and also seek a fatwa against him from Ulemas. Shoaib is currently in Dubai for playing Bangladesh League and he is due to return by Saturday after which all the wedding programmes will be finalised.
