Newport (Wales), Jun 4 (PTI) Jyoti Randhawa carded a topsy-turvy one-over 72 to lie tied 59th after the opening round of the European Tour''s Celtic Manor Open golf tournament here. Randhawa''s card comprised three birdies, a couple of bogeys and a double bogey. On a roller-coaster day, Randhawa stumbled to a bogey on the fourth before picking up a birdie on the next hole to make the turn even-par. On his way back, Randhawa gained a shot on the 11th but a bogey on the 13th, followed by a double-bogey on the 14th ruined his card. But he did manage to sign off positively by striking a birdie on the 18th hole. England''s Chris Wood grabbed the sole lead with a six-under 65 after the opening round. He was followed a stroke behind by the trio of Andrew Dodt, Bradley Dredge and Soren Hansen.
