Jamshedpur, Aug 25 (PTI) Tenth sub-junior Jharkhand state Basketball championship will be played at JRD Sports complex here from August 27 to 30. "Eight girls and 12 boys teams from Ranchi, Dhanbad, Ramgarh, Bokaro, Bokaro Sports Association, Hazaribagh, Saraikela-Kharswan, West Singhbhum, Tata Steel Basketball Training Centre, Urban Services (Tata Steel) and Jamshedpur will vie for top honour during the four-day championship," said Harbhajan Singh, Secretary of Jharkhand Basketball Association. Based on the performance during the championship, Singh said Jharkhand team (Boys and Girls) will be selected for the 37th Sub-junior National Basketball Championship slated to be held at Kangra (Himachal Pradesh) from September 24 to 30.
