Mumbai, Mar 26 (PTI) A confident Air India will face struggling Mumbai FC in the 18th round derby clash in the I-League at the Cooperage ground here tomorrow. The two teams have undergone a change in fortunes with Air India, who were struggling to keep themselves above the relegation zone, doing well to win their last two matches. The airmen defeated Pune FC 1-0 in the 16th round besides thrashing Kolkata giants and Fed Cup champions East Bengal 2-0 in their own ground. The team has accumulated 21 points in 17 matches with the help of six victories and are ninth in the points table. Meanwhile, Mumbai FC will look to arrest the slump in form and register their first victory since defeating Lajong FC 3-1 in a round 11 clash. The team, who were once unbeaten for 10 matches in a row in the I-League this season, have suffered two back to back defeats and are in danger of being relegated. The team has lost 0-1 to JCT in their previous match and to Kolkata-based Chirag United 0-2 in the 16th round. Mumbai FC, who have 19 points from 17 matches with the help of four victories and seven draws, are currently lying at fourth from bottom in the points table. The earlier match between both the teams had ended in a 2-2 draw.
