Mumbai, Jan 28 (ANI): The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Thursday announced a 15-member team for the Test series against South Africa beginning on February 6. The team has two new faces-Wriddhiman Saha of West Bengal and Abhimanyu Mithun of Karnataka.
Skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni continues to lead the side that has Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir, Sachin Tendulkar, VVS Laxman, Harbhajan Singh, Murali Vijay, Zaheer Khan, Sudeep Tyagi, Amit Mishra, Pragyan Ojha, Ishant Sharma and S Badrinath.
Wicket-keeper batsman Wriddhiman Saha has been given a call up ahead of Dinesh Kartik, who has been left out of the squad.
Pacer Abhimanyu Mithun has been given a chance in place of S Sreesanth, after emerging as the top bowler in the 2009-2010 domestic Season.
Injured Rahul Dravid and Yuvraj Singh have been left out of the squad. (ANI)
